Illegal Immigrants rape 14year old girl at 4th of July Party

Horseshoe Bay, TX – Horseshoe Bay Police say a 14-year-old girl was raped by two illegal immigrants at a 4th of July party in south Horseshoe Bay.

The victim told police that she had gone with her cousin to a July 4th party on 39th Street in Horseshoe Bay.

The victim’s 23-year-old cousin left her alone in a room with Anibal Escobar, 19, and Anael Martinez, 22. The two Honduran natives made sexual advances toward the teen and had sexual intercourse with her against her will. The victim’s cousin found her in naked in the bath tub. They both left the party and returned home.
Escobar and Martinez were arrested during the early morning hours of July 9th. They were both charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child Younger than 17, a first degree felony, and transported to the Burnet Detention Facility.

And no doubt they will be sent back to Honduras and that will be the end of that.

Sad

Cop Killer gets Police Escort

Shame.

On Fathers Day the Chief of Dallas Police, son shot and killed another policeman and then gets a police Escort as they thought there were safety issues on the 75 with traffic. Well geez morons, its large freeway that has ALOT of traffic. Perhaps if you ever stepped out of behind the back of your desk you would know that 75 freeway is busy, usually all day everyday.

An apparent last-minute decision by a deputy police chief to provide assistance during part of David Brown Jr.’s funeral procession angered some police associations. The city manager quickly issued a written statement distancing herself and Chief David Brown from the decision.

“This was not a planned event nor a full honor escort,” according to the statement issued late Friday afternoon by Dallas City Manager Mary Suhm. “The action will be fully investigated and may lead to disciplinary action.”

Officers said the assistance included 10 to 12 motorcycles and at least one squad car.

David Brown Jr., who killed Lancaster police Officer Craig Shaw and an innocent bystander June 20 before being shot by other officers, was buried in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Dallas.

Well I certainly hope this is one bill that is going to be taken out of certain people’s paychecks and not the tax payer.

15 year old beaten at bus tunnel, guards watch and report incident.

Talk about brutal

SEATTLE (AP) – Three security guards watched a group of teens punch, kick and rob a 15-year-old girl in the downtown Seattle Metro bus tunnel without intervening.
Security video shows the guards call for help on their radios, but they don’t go to the aid of the girl even as she is being kicked in the head.

A dispute involving a group of 10 teens apparently started inside a department store the evening of Jan. 28 and moved to the bus tunnel at Westlake Station, where the girl was attacked.

Metro Transit General Manager says it’s revising its policy that guards only “observe and report” problems.

Ya Think?

“Chemical Ali”, executed today in Iraq.

As previously reported last week Saddam Hussein’s cousin Ali Hassan al-Majeed — also known as Chemical Ali — was was going to be executed. He was finally executed today according to Iraqi officials.

He was hanged after having been convicted on 13 counts of killings and genocide, Ali al-Dabagh said.

Al-Majeed had been sentenced to death in four separate trials, including one that focused on his involvement in a poison gas attack against Iraqi Kurds that killed about 5,000 people.

The Millitary Report about the Ft. Hood Shootings does not mention Major Nidal Hasan

Errr, Perhaps there was another shooting that happened at Ft Hood by a nameless person that never actually made the news?

U.S. military’s just-released report into the Fort Hood shootings spends 86 pages detailing various slipups by Army officers but not once mentions Major Nidal Hasan by name or even discusses whether the killings may have had anything to do with the suspect’s view of his Muslim faith. And as Congress opens two days of hearings on Wednesday into the Pentagon probe of the Nov. 5 attack that left 13 dead, lawmakers want explanations for that omission.

Leaders of the two-month Pentagon review, former Army Secretary Togo West and the Navy’s onetime top admiral, Vernon Clark, told reporters last week that they didn’t drill down into Hasan’s motives. “Our concern is with actions and effects, not necessarily with motivations,” West said. Added Clark: “We certainly do not cite a particular group.” Part of their reticence, they said, was to avoid running afoul of the criminal probe of Hasan that is now under way. Both are declining interview requests before their congressional testimony, a Pentagon spokesman said.

Man that killed Abortion Doctor, allowed manslaughter claim.

Sigh!

According the the mail times:

A judge has again refused to block confessed killer Scott Roeder from arguing his belief that the shooting death of a Kansas abortion provider was a justified act aimed at saving unborn children.
The 51-year-old Roeder has admitted killing Dr. George Tiller last May. He wants to present evidence that he did so in the honest belief that he was justified — a defense that could lead to a conviction on the lesser charge of voluntary manslaughter.

Prosecutors say that defense is invalid because there’s no evidence Tiller posed an imminent threat at the time of the killing.

But the judge dealt prosecutors a setback during a hearing Tuesday, saying that until the defense decides which evidence it will present, it’s difficult for him to rule on its admissibility.

What is the court system, the justice system and the human race coming to.

Women to hold ‘we stole’ signs as punishment, in the U.S

Well its not the worst idea, although I’m not too sure it would work for everyone, but the District Attorney’s office uses public punishment to deter crime in Bedford County a county in PA.

Police accuse 35-year-old Tina Griekspoor and her mother Evelyn of stealing and spending a gift card from a 9-year-old on her birthday.
They should also do the 9year olds homework and wash the parents car as well.

Instead of jail time, the mother-daughter duo stood in downtown Bedford holding signs admitting their guilt and warning the public that they could be in their place if they do the same crime.

Lets home the tax savings worked for the mother-daughter team and the drivers driving by.

Good for you D.A of Bedford county…

Gang Rapes…in the U.S and Australia this month

The campus incident in the Bay Area city north of Oakland has made national news in the gang rape of a 15 year old girl and everyone has questioned how, why, who on earth would do this and also…well what about the bystanders?

The same this happened recently over the other side of the world, on a holiday weekend in Australia earlier this month Victoria police were called to the rented house that players from a local Football Club under 19s had hired for four days of porn, booze and parties.
During the alcohol fueled long weekend, police were called to the house to investigate hoon driving and vandalism before the alleged rapes.

Police said one of the women at the centre of the allegations had claimed she was barricaded in a room and sexually assaulted by five youths for two hours as others watched from an outside balcony.

But she later withdrew her complaint.

The other woman has not dropped her complaint.

It can also be revealed the woman who withdrew her complaint has been communicating via text with one of the men who was in the house on the night, but did not participate in the alleged rape.

Sad. I’m not exactly too sure what on earth people think is right with hurting another human physically or mentally, but it is pathetic. What sad excuses for human beings. Hope none of the boys from either side of the world get another free day again and get to be someones little bitch in prison.

Crime needs to be tougher and parents need to make sure children understand that this is unacceptable, they also need to stop breeding.

Man arrested on suspicion of Murder on 13th week featus.

tprn27lYikes!!!

This seems to be the start of a very slippery slope.

Authorities say a 37-year-old Los Angeles man has been arrested on suspicion of murder for the death of an unborn child believed to be his.

But it is very vague, all they say is the arrest came after an investigation on Monday revealed “suspicious circumstances of a miscarriage.” Investigators estimate the fetus was in its 13th week.

So I guess we really need to find out the ins and outs of this story hopefully tomorrow when investigators present the case to prosecutors.
