Bombing in Iraq

The death toll from twin car bombings in Baghdad climbed to 160, with at least 540 people more wounded in the deadliest attack in the capital in more than two years, the Interior Ministry said Monday.

Among the wounded were three American security contractors, the U.S. Embassy said, declining to provide further details. The area struck is close to the heavily guarded “green zone,” which houses the embassy.

Let’s hope the Iraqi’s can come out of this and fight for the freedom they deserve.

Osama Vs Obama

Here we go again…another tape of Osama Bin Laden with voice only and no video.

I guess the Taliban must be travelling light as I’m beginning to wonder if the Taliban have lost all video and camera equipment over the past several years?

Osama goes on to give the American people a warning:
“To the American people, this is my message to you: a reminder of the reasons behind 9/11 and the wars and the repercussions that followed and the way to resolve it. From the beginning, we have stated many times … that the cause of our disagreement with you is your support of your allies, the Israelis, who are occupying our land in Palestine. Your stance along with some other grievances are what led us to carry out the events of 9/11.”

Well jeez thanks fake Osama D-bag for the reminder.

Fake Osama also offers a few words about Obama saying a vulnerable man who will not be able to stop the war, as he promised, but instead he will drag it to the maximum possible extent. By Keeping Robert Gates as defense secretary — a holdover from the Bush administration, he sees this as prolonging the war terrorism.

Obviously by that statement ASSama is just pissed, as he even knows O-man understands very little about Defense of this country and I’m sure he was hoping the job would go to someone else that had no clue about what they were doing. Well ASSama, even O-man is not that stupid.

Yawn. Is the same message we have heard many times.Osama ASSama is most likely dead, its been 2 years since he was last seen via video and its just a idle attempt to keep the grassroots of terrorism alive, eventually Assama is going to have to show his face or even his followers with the slightest amount of common sense are going to reliaze he is dead or seriously ill. The Cubans and Fidel even know that.

Freed reporter had been abducted before

Stephen Farrell a New York Times reporter was rescued by NATO’s International Security Assistance Force, known as the ISAF, this morning.

Crossfire in the rescue operation killed another reporter, civillians and a British commando.

But his was not the first time Farrell had been kidnapped, he was also kidnapped in Fallujia in 2004. He was was released then after showing photogrpahs of himself with long hair and pointing out that he was just bald and not a soldier

Mr. Farrell, it might be time to get another career, or perhaps stay behind a desk. Your dedication to your job is killing people, literally.

At least 50 Taliban dead in Afghanistan after air strike

At least 90 people including 40 civilians have been killed in northern Afghanistan after Nato launched an air strike on two fuel tankers hijacked by the Taliban, Afghan officials said

Militants seized the two trucks, which were delivering jet fuel to Nato forces. Nato, it seems are very serious when it comes to their jet fuel and decided if they were not going to have it, then no one was and striked backed.

So how did the civilans die? Well it seems when the trucks got stuck crossing the river and the Taliban in all their intelligence stupidity decided to release the fuel and local villagers decided that they needed some jet fuel, that was when the strike happened.

Alabama Jihadist Unveiled

Abu Mansour al-Amriki — or “The American” — hails from Alabama and has become one of the most recognizable and outspoken voices of terrorist propaganda.

8 years ago he told the school’s newspaper it was “difficult to believe a Muslim could have done this.” Now, he is professing to launch attacks himself and calling on others to join the fight, as terror-related charges await him at home in Alabama

I dont think he will be using his Airline Miles to come back home anytime soon

Bush was where during the 9/11 attacks? Obama is going to do WHAT?

Q. Does anyone remember where Bush was during the 9/11 attacks
A. Emma T. Booker Elementary School

OH! The melodramic drama about Obama.

I’m not too sure what all the hoopla is over O-man speaking to children at schools. He is the president. Presidents speak to school children.

Sure, perhaps the work book they sent out was a little egotistical and instead of the question ‘How can you help the President”, perhaps have been reworded ‘how can you help your country” or neighbor, but keeping your kids from school seems a little melodramatic.

It does not matter if you voted for him or not, Presidents address school children and providng he does talk about policies and tells kids to stay in school, be nice to those around you and treat everyone with respect, and his teleprompter does not break down, then who cares?

All children look back on the Presidency that they grew up with and have certain memories about a president, this will be one for many of them.

Lets hope though he keeps his notes the right side up

White House. Aug 8th: War on Terror is over. Aug 31st: War on Terror is On??

On August 8th the White House spoke out about the War on Terror being over, only moving ahead with saying its a War on Al Queda.

Lets insert time here…2 weeks later.

Well today it seems as though Robert Gibbs, the white House press secretary did not get that memo…but hay at least they are finally speaking about it (see previous posts)

Lets just blame the communication breakdown on too much fun at margaritaville.

We all hear so many promises during the election process, don’t we? So many people believe those promises, and that is what is scary. No matter what side of the fence you are on, everyone should have had the common sense to know it would not and could not be over like the flick of a remote control switch. Yet they say it and people believe it.

Idiots! (Voters and Politicians get the blame here)

All the do by “exaggerating” is lose faith in your voters. Someone, somewhere needs to stand up and stop lying. People can take the good with the bad. Just stop feeding us B.S. Its going to come out eventually.

UPDATE – 2009 is so far the deadliest year for “foreign” troops in Afghanistan

With the deaths of 4 military personnell last Friday in a bomb in the country’s south, it now brings the death rate to 295. It was 294 in all of 2008.

With the silence story not having been spoken about since earlier this year from the top people, I guess its just uncool to talk about

Above blog for 8/25/09

Update – It seems the U.K has started talking about it

Watch out Obama, London, Paris and NY, it seems the Taliban are still pissed

love_taliban-styleIt seems the death of Baitullah Mehsud has really pissed off a couple of dudes that use to work are jihadist with Al Queda ties.

Mehsud and his rival Rehman will be doing the job terrorizing that Baitullah Mehsud once did. Rehman, in a telephone interview Tuesday with reporters, threatened attacks against the West and called President Barack Obama “our foremost enemy.”

As it is the holy month of Ramadan, they were both very respectful and did talk to reporters until dark and fasting was complete
